屋主記：業(yè)主是一位學(xué)過(guò)藝術(shù)并且熱愛(ài)精致生活的漂亮小姐姐，購(gòu)房時(shí)第一眼就喜歡上了這個(gè)戶型，因?yàn)樗慕Y(jié)構(gòu)不像其他戶型那樣的中規(guī)中矩，于此同時(shí)該戶型具有極強(qiáng)的可塑性。業(yè)主給我們提出兩點(diǎn)要求 1.只要一個(gè)臥室公共空間要大2.喜歡原木色。其它的就讓我們自由發(fā)揮進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。

設(shè)計(jì)理念
我們?cè)谠O(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃時(shí)考慮到建筑、節(jié)能、日照、采光、環(huán)保、保溫、隔音、耐久等多個(gè)因素，我們將一層的樓板摘除掉，二樓打開了一個(gè)天窗，這樣一層二層的采光都非常的充足，即使是陰雨天也有足夠的光線進(jìn)入室內(nèi)空間中。

天花不裝飾的混凝土、大塊、不做修飾的原始結(jié)構(gòu)，保留了材質(zhì)鮮明的紋理，在陽(yáng)光的照射下格外的柔和且具深度。
The original structure of the ceiling，which is not decorated with concrete ，large blocks and no decoration，retains the material brght texture，especially soft and deep in the sunlight。
進(jìn)門出設(shè)計(jì)了玄關(guān)，有效的解決了衛(wèi)生間正對(duì)入戶門的尷尬結(jié)構(gòu)，將原始?jí)γ娲蛲ㄔ黾恿丝臻g的尺度，也多了一條環(huán)形動(dòng)線。
The entrance door is designed with a porch，which effectively solvesthe embarrassing structure of the toilet facing the entrance door 。The original wall increase the scale of the space and adds a circular moving line。
為解決樓梯尺度不夠的問(wèn)題，將地柜的儲(chǔ)物柜設(shè)計(jì)為第一節(jié)踏步，在增強(qiáng)儲(chǔ)物功能的前提下滿足了踏步的功能需求。

空間改造
懸空設(shè)計(jì)的樓梯踏步與木質(zhì)儲(chǔ)物柜結(jié)合構(gòu)成了整個(gè)樓梯的主體結(jié)構(gòu)，鋼絲繩起到了隔斷的作用，隱藏式連接件的書架成為了一個(gè)景觀，整體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)都在圍繞機(jī)能與美觀上面展開。

入戶玄關(guān)利用原始結(jié)構(gòu)打造了玄關(guān)儲(chǔ)物柜，便于日常的收納需求。組合式的玻璃燈起到分割空間的作用，與下方的桌子昌迪加爾椅遙相呼應(yīng)。
The entrance porch uses the original structure to create a porch storage cabinet, which is convenient for daily storage needs. The combined glass lamp plays the role of dividing the space, echoing the chandigar chair on the table below.

我們?cè)谠O(shè)計(jì)時(shí)舍棄了多余的吊頂，只在中央空調(diào)出進(jìn)行了吊頂處理。原木的儲(chǔ)物柜兼具衣柜與掛衣架的功能設(shè)計(jì)，隱藏式的燈光能起到照明的作用也能烘托氛圍。
We abandoned the redundant ceiling in the design, only carried on the ceiling processing in the central air conditioning. The storage cabinet of log has a better design of both wardrobe and hanger. The hidden lighting can play a role of lighting and set off the atmosphere.
整個(gè)樓梯與下面的地臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)成為了一個(gè)整體，既滿足了上樓的功能又兼具了儲(chǔ)物與席座的功能。每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都充滿了細(xì)節(jié)美感。
